Shipping Policies

We package every order with care and aim to ship as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect after you press checkout.

Processing Times:

Pause for Selfcare items are carefully packaged to order. Processing can range anywhere from 1-14 days depending if it's a made to order item or ready to ship. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options:

Standard (5-7 business days): $9.99 or free on orders $100+
Express (2-3 business days): $25.99

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking & Updates:

Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order status at any time.
