What sizes do you offer?

Each item comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend gentle washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items with tags attached. Please contact us at sales@pauseforselfcare.com to initiate a return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. We also offer expedited shipping options. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
